Meet Chef Vanram
Twenty-four years ago, Chef Vanram arrived in America. That same evening, his uncle brought him to a small sushi bar—his first encounter with sushi. The colors of the fish amazed him, revealing what he saw as the extraordinary hand of God. In that moment, he knew he wanted to dedicate himself to mastering this art.
Chef Vanram began the very next day. Two years later, he had the opportunity to work alongside Japanese master sushi chefs who deepened his passion and refined his skills. He spent years under their guidance, devoted to perfecting his craft. Along the way, he expanded his culinary perspective by exploring Western cuisine through the lens of Japanese ingredients, blending tradition with creativity to create dishes that honor Japanese techniques while embracing new flavors.
For Chef Vanram, sushi and cooking are deeply personal. Each dish allows him to share a part of himself, and seeing guests enjoy his creations fills him with joy and gratitude. Every plate reflects his journey, his passion, and his commitment to delivering authentic flavors to every guest.
